指甲上巳有深色條紋很多年,是否由其他病因而引致,請問我的情況能否得到改善?

本人21歲，指甲上巳有深色條紋很多年。最初我以為只是指甲營養不良。最近一個月左右我嘗試用一些含有維他命E的油按摩指甲及甲皮，但還是得不到改善。我開始懷疑這是否由其他病因而引致，請問我的情況能否得到改善？
