眼袋上少少長了一粒痣,可以脫嗎?去什麼地方才可脫掉?

本人眼下長了一粒痣，曾問媽媽可否脫去，但她說太近眼，叫我先問醫生。我想問，太近眼會不會唔脫得?(眼袋上少少)，可以脫嗎？還有的是，我不知道去什麼地方才可脫掉，可否說去那裡呢？多謝！
