因病減少食海鮮和魚,如果食了會否令到打針和食藥都會全功盡廢?

請問有關戒口的問題。本人因病減少食海鮮和魚，可是我真是很喜愛食日本壽司的各類食物，害怕自已忍不到口，如果食了會否令到打針和食藥都會全功盡廢呢？又有沒有可能西醫醫生會把睇開的病人轉到政府醫院處呢？
