頸上有淋巴核,驗過血,沒有事

本人約年多前發現頸上有粒東西，按下去是不會移動。看過醫生，醫生說是好像是淋巴核，也到過政府診所驗血，亦說沒有事，但那粒東西現在仍在頸上。請問那是什麼？對我有沒有害？謝謝。
