狗咬傷口消瘀后硬化腫是瘋狗症

本人因被狗咬傷，傷口有牙印，週圍有瘀痕，現已消瘀也看了醫生打了瘋狗針,但傷口消了瘀后，發現傷口位置肌肉有點硬化而腫，不同其它正常位置，請問這會否是瘋狗症的精象 ? 是否因為田七跌打酒去瘀的反效果 ? 不是的話又是什麼原因呢？是內傷嗎 ?
