睡時有磨牙的習慣,而且睡覺時流牙血,有何根治方法?

我太太卅歲，睡時經常有磨牙的習慣，好吵，而且經常在晚間睡覺時流牙血，請問有何根治方法？此外，有什麼簡易安全的杜蟲方法（要沒副作用的）？有沒有什麼藥可以介紹？祈為賜覆，謝謝！
