腳掌血管閉塞,使腳部變黑變涷與劇痛,預計要切除腳部,除此以外,還有其他醫治方法嗎

本人的父親因腳掌血管閉塞，使腳部變黑變涷與劇痛，又因血液較濃，使病情較壞。現只是注射薄血藥嘗試減輕病情，但預計要切除腳部。請問除此以外，還有沒有其他醫治方法呢？
