大便太大會否引致肛門流血,如何分辨大便本身有血還是肛門受損流血

請問大便後有血，會否大便太大引致肛門流血？我不懂得怎樣分辨大便本身有血還是肛門受損流血，倆者分別如何醫治？謝謝幫忙。
