小便有泡,驗過一切正常,有泡成因如何

您好，我近來發覺小便有好多泡，但去驗過小便卻一切正常，沒有蛋白質，白血球等。請問小便有泡的成因如何？一個正常人會不會小便有泡？長久下去會不會影響健康？謝謝您的回覆！
