自少便發覺到左右胸骨不對稱,最近發覺胸口有些痛及左胸骨比以前更凸,這情況是否普遍

今年22歲，自少便發覺到左右胸骨不對稱，左胸骨比右胸骨凸。但沒有理會，最近發覺胸口有些痛及左胸骨比以前更凸。請問我這情況是否普遍，及對身體有無影響？
