眼睛聚焦問題

病患者男 - 40歲

我先生這兩天突然出現眼睛疲勞，單眼聚焦無問題，但雙眼看東西時聚焦緩慢，同時太陽穴按下去會有脹痛感。他平時視力良好無需戴眼鏡，但工作關係經常使用電腦手機，同好夜訓。請問這個情況會是什麼問題？應該去眼鏡店驗眼還是到醫院作檢查呢？
