心肺有问题吗?

自从中了两次肺炎气短了呼吸比之前快
平时正常呼吸时并没有感觉但在大力吸气之后呼到尽头时就觉得乳房上面的位置(心脏?)有被压着胸闷的感觉我再尝试在呼到尽头时再收紧胸部
这样做的时候被压着胸闷的感觉就更加明显
而且我在生气特别激动过后又是同一位置有两次都试过(心脏?)麻痺
但之后就慢慢不庳了
我是心肺有问题吗?需要再观察一下才看医生吗
