中耳積水幾耐會好

病患者女 - 16歲

之前醫生一直診斷為外耳炎，但是看了耳鼻喉科醫生說是中耳積水。什麼原因會導致中耳積水？患中耳積水大約多久會痊癒？會不會永久影響聽力？
我最近都沒有患急性中耳炎，而且上網查過中耳積水通常都是幾歲小朋友，我都已經16歲了。
