心跳會突然很高180 以上

近呢3個星期帶緊APPLE WATCH 有得測心率, 有2日會突然升一升高到183, 今日突然210,( 2次都係好平靜的坐著工作中). 之後會正常返. 以前到而家都會久唔久有心會突然痛幾秒(好痛) 一下一下. 呢2年少左. 大約19歲時都睇過心臟科, 因為果時成日痛, 去法國醫院照過電腦掃瞄話一齊正常, 之後冇再睇醫生了.
