肝問題

家父因膽管腫瘤，2017年12月切除了三分之二肝、膽和部分小腸。到依家膽黃素一直無退膽黃素達到4百幾，肝功能也不好，肺也積水了一直放也有肺水。今日醫生話肺水入面發現有膽汁。好無奈。醫生可以俾點意見嗎？
