拗柴後腳鍵痛

病患者男 - 22歲

你好，

個多月前拗柴，本以為沒太大事，但最近打球時感到疼痛。
早兩天打球後，腳裸後部根鍵的疼痛一直未減，現在上落樓梯都會感到疼痛，會是軟骨組織受傷了嗎?

打算求醫，但不知應該求助哪個專科，脊醫?骨科?物理治療?
