骨髓檢查

你好 ! 媽媽85歲,她9月份驗出貧血,9/11/2017再往驗血 ,報告結果血色素7度,白血球減少,血小板只得31, 醫生說耍輸2包血及提意抽骨髓檢查, 但媽媽年齡巳高,我們不想她受苦.最近,她的尾龍骨又痛又倦. 醫生,她的病徵是什麼病? 她除了做抽骨髓檢查,還可以做什麼詳細檢查?她2年前有陰唇癌,但巳康復,沒有擴散.
