抗抑鬱藥物

我早兩日去了看精神科醫生，他診斷我有輕微抑鬱，開了以下藥物Sulpiren 50mg， Vendor-Xr 37.5mg ，Propranolol 10mg，診所姑娘有提及會有副作用但我上網找不到藥物的副作用，請大家幫忙解答
