關於小便後尿滲問題

病患者男 - 20歲

葉醫生你好，我小便完果幾分鐘有時會覺得下面有熱熱地同少少尿滲既感覺，內褲都會少少濕左，都已經持續左一段時間，想請問會否是尿道炎或是其他原因？
還有如果我打算隔包皮，是否需要先解決上面的問題還是並不影響？
