醫生，你好。本人患了成日以為自己有病，又冇胃口。檢查身體。一切正常。後來，經朋友介紹。睇了家庭醫生。開始食血清素paroxetine 10mg,每晚吃完。起身頭重，無力，失眠。是否正常？。食了一星期。加到20mg,食咗。第二日成身無力。幾日後。再問医生。改返食半粒10mg..食了三日，有返D力。但有D疲倦。無乜心機。不過到晚上。成個人好似精神返。是否正常？請問要食幾耐先正常返？
