頸部毛囊炎

病患者女 - 27歲

請問一下，我患了3個月頸部毛囊炎，情況較嚴重，服食抗生素及搽類固醇，已有2星期，但沒有好轉，應該怎辦？毛囊炎會否斷尾/只能控制病情？如能斷尾，大約需要多久才康復？謝謝！
