眼突左山，眼乾，多血絲

Dr 你好，

我的雙眼本來都是有點突出，但最近左眼經常眼乾，比平常突出，感到有壓力，工作時長期對電腦尤其明顯，早上亦有點怕光。雖然冇飛蚊症，但不知是否錯有時會見到黑影，有點擔心視網膜有問題。
請問醫生這是什麼情況？
本人左眼近視525度右眼500度。
