左手無名指甲內黑點

醫生，你好！左手無名指甲內有一小達黑色點，灰黑色的，間中會痛，不論有碰到還是不碰，已有兩年，無增大或減少，無敏感，好擔心是朣瘤，希望醫生解答，謝謝！
