肝癌手術後

你好，媽媽3年前有膽管癌，當時已切除但病理報告顯示腫瘤附近淋巴有癌細胞。但醫生當時已將該部分都切除，其後有服用TS-One 療程定期CT檢查。上個月發現肝有大概3cm腫瘤亦已經入院切除，但病理報告未能確定是原發肝癌還是之前膽管癌轉移。媽媽有肝硬化入院前petscan 嘛顯示肝部腫瘤請問此情況下建議化療嗎？
