肺癌轉移

媽媽今年70歲，6個月前覺手痺痛，慢慢至手指冇力，後來確診是肺癌轉移，至C7脊椎，但她咳都沒有，照肺正常，現已做了三次高劑量電療，和今個月開始服標靶藥，請問是否只是延長她生命，因肺轉移已到第四期，謝謝
