傳染性病同愛滋病

你好醫生我曾經諮詢過兩位普通科醫生 與陌生人性交有帶安全套但安全套無覆蓋位置會不會傳染性病 同愛滋病 但普通醫生告訴我如果安全套無覆蓋袋底位置有傷口才會傳染性病同愛滋病 請問是不是真的？
