左胸對落痛

病患者女 - 43歲

想請問前排月經前已有作嘔作悶感覺影響胃口，月經來了後都有作嘔感覺，月經漸漸離去後曾試過左胸對落小小有疼痛，維持不久，昨晚又有疼痛感覺維持半晚，有d似扯住痛感覺，請問究竟是什麼事?是胃，胰臟，橫格膜還是肌肉神經問題?謝謝解答!
