尿到尾會停，需要縮肛先可以將所有尿排出

病患者男 - 18歲

本人18歲，自細已有尿唔淨問題，每次屙到尾都需要縮肛幾次分段將尿液排出。同埋覺得自己尿速好似比較慢，請問會係咩問題同有冇治療方法？
你診所有冇尿路動力學檢查之類既野可以幫我測試？
