腰痛

病患者女 - 65嵗

我媽咪今年65歲，佢之前因為搬重野而整傷左條腰，之後睇醫生照過X-ray醫生話無移位但開始退化，醫生只開左止痛藥，但依然痛，之後我媽咪睇過跌打和推拿都無減痛症，她現在當企得耐時條腰會痛，右腳開始好D痛，所以我想問有什麼方法可以醫治？
