缺鉄貧血，胃潰瘍，幽門螺旋菌

黎醫生，你好！本人驗血報吿⋯⋯hb abv 10g/dl, with low MCV below 70fl, hb pattern 2014 normal, recently hb: 9.9g/dl with cfmd low iron and near upper border TIBC., 最近胃鏡檢查証實胃潰瘍二期及幽門菌，已處方4四星期療程。請問這是否缺鉄性貧血主因？另外幽門菌會否通過用膳傳染家人？家人須否進行檢測？什麼方法？謝謝回答，敬祝安康！
