兒童飯後頭暈

小女今年4歳2個月前一次發燒康復後每日都有話頭暈.通常在食飯的時間.會話頭暈1分鐘.平時生活正常食飯睡眠正常.有游水跳舞亦冇話頭暈.已看耳鼻喉醫生排除了耳仔引起的頭暈.請問腦部有甚麼問題會引起頭暈?除了MRI/ CT scan 外還有甚麼test可做?
