激光矯視後遺症

本人上年八月做了激光矯視，一直相安無事。現在開始經常眼乾，苦不堪言，已經嚴重影響工作，上月已經請了六天假期
看了眼科醫生，醫生們均說眼睛沒有不妥，但我的眼睛依舊非常乾，現在只能每天以淚洗面，本以為做了激光矯視可改善日常生活，現在只能每天哭訴，後悔作出此選擇，各位醫生們，我不想每天活在痛苦當中，我可以怎麼做？
