你好，想請問范醫生，我岩得知自己患子官勁癌二期B，因政府專科
醫生話有3-4cm大及連住側邊既神經線。難切除。

我想問：
1. 有咩治療方法比較好
2. 療程要幾耐
3. 係唔係做完治療可以立即返工
