鼻咽癌

呢一年鼻經常好似鼻窒吸唔到空氣，鼻涕有時帶血，耳仔有時會有耳嗚，喉嚨成日好似有痰，説話有聲沙，這星期開始有頭痛現象，請問是否鼻咽癌症狀?
