大便後浮出一層白色半透明膜

25歲男
十個月前開始有胃氣漲噯氣等問題
最近發現大便時大便里會浮出一層白色透明膜
本人大便每天早上一次大便啡黃色條狀成形沒有血但去大便的速度很快
已檢查腸胃鏡上腹超聲波驗血胸部X光一切正常
想知道這層白色膜是甚麼來的
