飲酒後皮膚又紅又痕

由細到大都唔飲酒, 有次飲左支350ml啤酒,
之後皮膚又紅又痕. 睇醫生, 話唔係中毒,
好快會自然散紅..
想問, 係咪表示我一世都唔飲得酒?
定係我應該飲多啲, 痕多啲, 身體就會習慣?
另外, 又紅又痕期間, 可以點止痕?
類固醇藥膏是否建議用黎止痕?
