肌肉神經痛原因

請問我現在有坐骨神經痛的病徵 (痺痛由背脊, PAT PAT 去到脚底) 但醫生話我是肌肉神經痛, 兩者有冇關係? 我現在的情況是 e.g.條底褲或件衫有招紙突出來接觸到啲皮膚, 正常人應該冇乜感覺, 但我就有被針刺的感覺, 同埋覺得啲肌肉成日好緊好緊咁, 有時要食放鬆肌肉的葯, 想請問有坐骨神經痛的人士有冇這樣的情況?
