脊椎移位

你好,本人脊椎L4 L5有突出同退化,手腳出現麻庳現象,請問整脊治療是否可以幫我復位? 復位後手腳是否不會再麻庳？本人有照MRI情況不是太嚴重,要整脊幾次才可康復?謝謝
