益生菌的使用

多謝林醫生回覆我上一條提問。現在想諮詢一下，小孩（5歲）對蛋白過敏，我又懷疑他酵母菌過多，現在在使用益生菌，不過網上有人說配合消化酶，胃酸之類的使用效果好一些。林醫生您覺得是否有必要一起使用益生菌和消化酶？
