視力不清問題

醫生你好，我朋友是遠視的，最近因視力常常失焦去了檢查眼科，醫生替她做了放大瞳孔檢查，說她隱藏視力有三百多度，但眼睛自己會調節所以表面視力只有百多度。也就所以她怎樣配眼鏡視力也不會很清楚，而且較一般人容易疲倦。我想問一下這個視力差距是怎樣形成?
