肌肉會不自主跳動

最近兩個禮拜腿部肌肉會不自主跳動，位置不固定，每次的跳動只有跳一下，不會有疼痛感，現在開始變成還會有整條腿的抖動，也是每次只有一下，沒有疼痛感，但是肌肉跳動次數越來越頻繁，請問是什麼原因？要掛哪一科？
