肚下方疼痛

今天開始覺得肚臍對下的位置疼痛，那種痛是痛一陣又停一陣，痛一陣又停一陣，而且今天肚瀉了四次，剛才自己有按過肚臍對下的位置，按下去的時候好痛，肚臍正上方的位置按下去有輕微痛，想問是腸胃炎還是淋巴發炎？本人有試過肚右下方的淋巴發炎，謝謝
