筋膜炎嗎？

My mum got a sore foot. She said she got a 筋膜炎 and she suffered from great pain from the lower, back part of her foot. She even got some difficulty in walking. I am asking whether there can be any mean in relieving her pain or even solving her problem. If yes, what would be the possible means and the corresponding price of treatment?
