偏頭痛

十幾年前第一次偏頭痛，鑽下鑽下，針下針下，痛得不得了，痛了約2星期，之后，年每都有4至5次偏頭痛，但痛楚比第一次輕微，約十分之一的痛楚，通常痛4至5天，請問偏頭痛的原因？有沒有得醫？有沒有斷尾？會不會遺傳到下一代？
