割左包皮後.......

前幾個月割左包皮，龜頭不停磨擦，邊位磨損，破皮，會疼，看過醫生，都說沒發炎，沒流血，没什麼大問題，只係開了一支揸傷口藥膏，用了都沒好，現在不知怎麼好，走路不能走太快，磨擦到它會疼。希望醫生好好幫我解答
