淋巴問題

我由上星期四開始右邊頸位淋巴腫脹，看了醫生吃了兩天抗生素但未見有好轉，而且更硬更痛。

想問淋巴有問題是否要看耳鼻喉科?

大約10年前試過因為右邊頸近鎖骨位的淋巴腫大，低燒了接近1個月而住院，抽過入面的物質化驗但無結果。最後忽然有天醒來消腫退燒。
後期大約1-2年前淋巴又試過腫痛，但過左2星期又自己無事了。
