腳腫痛

你好，本人媽媽腳掌腫痛了一個月，她說腳趾亦時有抽搐。皮膚變成瘀紅色及常常覺得冰冷。請問為什麼會這樣？是否血管栓塞？應該要看那種專科醫生呢？謝謝解答。
