頸椎肩背痛
病患者男 - 44歲
頸椎肩背痛半年，慢慢會自己痊癒，但最近痛得越來越嚴重，連夜晚瞓覺轉身都難，所以岩岩照左x ray
報告：
1）mild degenerative changes with marginal osteophytes at C5/6 & C6/7.
2) anterior annular fibrosus calcification at C5/6
3) no compressive vertebral fracture.Facet joints are intact
請問以上情況只食消炎藥有用嗎？thanks
