請幫助，已食左6年藥

病患者男 - 14歲

兒子7歲岀過一次麻疹，再八歲又岀一次，自此以後每天都岀麻疹，每天都要食治敏速！而且藥效過咗或忘記食藥，手指會覺得腫脹和比針吉，手踭開始痕癢。試過驗血，報告冇問題亦無對咩野敏感。
請求幫助支援，我應該去睇邊科醫生？
