小腿肌肉緊以及痛

病患者男 - 25歲

小腿後外側痛了1個月，行路及坐下都會痛
行路時會感覺到小腿僵硬，然後開始痛
坐下時就小腿痛到上大腿後側
只有平躺時不會痛
愈來愈痛，看了骨科說不是腰問題
開了一些肌肉鬆弛劑給我止痛，但完全止不了痛
最初只有小腿痛，現在大腿都很痛
